- You need 125 g of self-raising flour.
- Prepare 75 g of caster sugar.
- You need 100 g of soft margarine.
- You need 1 1/2 of egg.
- Prepare 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence.
- You need 4 tablespoons of crushed cornflakes or oats.

Melting moments biscuits step by step
- Set oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Sieve the flour onto a plate.
- Put the margarine and sugar into a large bowl and mix with a wooden spoon.
- Add the egg and the vanilla essence to the creamed margarine and sugar, then stir in the flour to make a form mixture.
- Wet your hands in a bowl of cold water.
- Take a teaspoon of mixture and roll it into a ball in your wet hands.
- Roll the ball in the crushed cornflakes. repeat with the rest of the mixture.
- Well space the balls flattened slightly, on the baking tray.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes in the oven. Remove and cool on a wire tray.
