Margi special is a local food popular with the Margi natives of Maiduguri, Borno. It is either cooked with white zobo or the yakuwa and spinach(alayyahu). This is one of our special soup in Adamawa we call it marghi special and yes the soup is special try it and thank me later. You can cook Marghi special using 7 ingredients and 6 steps. Here is how you cook it.

Ingredients of Marghi special

You need of marinaded Catfish.
Prepare of Yakuwa, spinach.
You need of Tomato, onions, garlic.
You need of Scotch bonnet, tattashe.
Prepare of Maggi, salt.
You need of Toka, kanwa.
It's of Oil.

Note, don't add too much water if not you will end up having water in the soup, when cooking this soup don't use anything to turn it if not you will end up piecesing your fish.
