- Preheat oven to 180oC.
- Mix oats, flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.

- Add the wet ingredients to the dry and and mix until combined into a wet dough..
- Fold in the chocolate chips and raisins then put into fridge for 30min..
- Remove from the fridge for 5min..
- Make into balls of ~4cm diameter. Place on lined baking tray and flatter balls to ~2cm thick.
- Bake for 11 minutes.
