- Preheat oven to 170 C Fan. Grease a brownie pan (I used 9x9 inch, plus 6 mini cupcake tins for easy to go brownies!).
- Melt the butter in a microwave or over a stove top. Stir in the chocolate. Mix and cover until melted. If not melted, pop in the microwave for 20second increments (or keep stirring over a stop top) until melted.
- In a separate bowl: Mix together sugar and eggs.
- In another bowl: mix together Carob butter and 1 mashed banana. It's ok to have chunks, but try to make it as smooth as possible!.
- Add in the melted chocolate mixture to the sugar and eggs, mix thoroughly. Add in the Carob butter and banana, and mix until smooth! Stir in 85g of plain flour..

I am all about a new brownie recipe. And I won't lie, I didn't invent this idea.
