Ingredients of Cajun Potatoes

1. It's 10-12 of Baby potatoes.
2. You need 1/2 tsp of Baking powder.
3. It's 2 tbsp of Corn flour.
4. You need 2 tbsp of Rice flour.
5. It's 4 tbsp of All purpose flour/maida.
6. You need 1 cup of Mayo.
7. You need 2 1/2 tbsp of Paprika.
8. You need 1/2 tsp of black pepper.
9. You need 1/2 tsp of white pepper.
10. You need 1 tsp of Onion powder.
11. It's 2 1/2 tsp of garlic powder.
12. Prepare 1 tsp of Chilli flakes.
13. Prepare 1 tsp of Mixed herbs(oregeno,basil,etc)(Italian).
14. Prepare 1 tbsp of Lemon juice.
15. You need 1/2 tsp of tomato sauce (not necessary).
16. You need 1/2 tsp of chilli sauce (not necessary).
17. It's As per taste of Salt.
18. Prepare as required of Milk.

Cajun Potatoes instructions

1. Clean and then boil the potatoes for 10-15mins.(75% cooked)(2 whistles in a cooker).
2. Flatten the potatoes (to make them roughly 1cm tall).
3. Sauce: Mix Mayo, paprika, black pepper, white pepper, onion powder, garlic powder,chilli flakes, mixed herbs, lemon juice, tomato sauce, chilli sauce and salt.
4. After mixing everything,add required amount of milk to get a sauce consistency.
5. Batter: mix corn flour,rice flour, maida/all-purpose flour, baking powder and salt. Add water and make a thin solution.
6. Coat the potatoes and deep fry them at high flame so that the outer layer is crispy..
7. Remove from the fryer and add the sauce while it's hot.
