- Grease the baking mould with butter & dust it with maida & set aside, preheat the oven to 180°c..
- In a mixing bowl take butter & sugar & beat it for 8-10mins, then add mashed bananas to it & mix well, then add vanilla essence & curd & again mix everything nicely..
- Sieve maida, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon together & add this mixture to the wet ingredients slowly & make a nice batter out of it..
- Lastly fold in chopped walnuts & pour it into a greased baking mould & bake it in a preheated oven for 35-40 mins over 180°c..
- After 40 mins insert a toothpick & check if it comes out clean, it's done, remove from the oven & cool it for around 2 hours before slicing it..
