- Prepare 2 cups of urad daal.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of cilantro leaves.

- In a deep frying pan over high heat, in heated oil scoop a tsp of the bhajia mixture into your hand and make small balls and drop into hot oil to fry. Repeat until frying pan has enough bhajias (do not overcrowd frying pan)..
- Cook until bhajias are brown. Remove from oil and drain in paper towel..
- Serve warm with coconut+mint chutney..
