- Dry grind yellow moong dal in mixer..
- Take a pan & add moong dal flour & ghee.
- Roast for 2-3 mins... if required add 1tbsp ghee nd roast again till a nice aroma comes..
- Add water n mix well.
- Add jaggery powder & mix again.
- Serve & garnish with pistachios..
- You can use sugar as a alternative for jaggery powder *.
