- Wash and clean fish and keep aside. Take a bowl add oil add garam masala, red chilli powder, corrainder powder, turmeric powder, salt, ginger garlic paste oil lemon juice and make a thick paste. You can even add any ready made chilli chicken 65 masala or any ready made powder to it.
- Now take fish in a plate and apply masala on both sides and keep aside for 10 minutes..
- Now take a non stick pan. Add 1 tbsp oil heat it. On medium flame place fish and Cook both sides till it get golden brown in colour. And cook both sides.
