Ingredients of Daal moong masoor

  1. It's 1/2 cup of moong daal.
  2. It's 1/2 cup of masoor daal.
  3. It's 1 tbsp of red chilli powder.
  4. You need of Salt.
  5. It's 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
  6. It's 1 tsp of coriander powder.
  7. It's 1/2 tsp of garam masala powder.
  8. Prepare 1/2 tsp of white cumin seeds.
  9. Prepare 5 of methi dana.
  10. You need 2 pinch of ajwain.
  11. You need of Whole red chillies.
  12. Prepare 1 of chopped onion.
  13. It's 2 of chopped tomatoes.
  14. You need Leaves of fresh coriander.
  15. You need of Green chillies.
  16. You need of Oil.
  17. You need of Ginger-garlic paste.
  18. You need of Green chilli paste.

  4. Now for Tarka.. Add 1/2 cup of oil in a pan and turn on flame to medium. Add white cumin seeds, methi dana and 2 pinch ajwain. Add whole red chillies. When oil heated up, add ginger-garlic paste and green chilli paste. Cook until golden colour. Add tarka in the cooker pot and close the lid for 10 mins before serving..
  5. Mix and dish out and serve with boiled rice or chapati..
