In a medium bowl beat first 4 ingredients (cream cheese, butter, confectioners sugar and extract) until creamy. Put aside.
In a large bowl beat next three(pudding, milk, Cool Whip).
Scrape first mixture into the Pudding mixture and combine well with a hand blender. Cover and put in the fridge while you make the litter and cat poop..
For the litter: Process both the Oreos and doughnuts until crumbly and combine both together well..
Take 1/3 cup of litter and place in a small bowl...add 4 drops green dye. Mix well. This is the litter odor crystals! Repeat this process in a separate small dye with the blue dye. Put both small bowls aside..
For the poop: Microwave the tub of icing for 30 seconds. Add to a bowl with the confectioners sugar and softened butter and beat well. Add all to a large freezer bag. (I used a parchment paper lined cookie sheet for the next step).
